The cat was spotted on Edgewood Drive, that's near Highway 101 around 8:00 p.m. on Sunday night.
This sighting has police a bit more concerned because the home is miles away from where the big cats are usually sighted.
Police spent hours looking for the big cat but never find it. Officers believe it may have wandered along a creek bed from the foothills toward the bay.
