People filled their own sand bags tonight at the Red Hill Shopping Center in San Anselmo. An official with the Marin Office of Emergency Services says they're not as worried about flooding since this is the first big storm of the season.

"We're not concerned with a significant flood risk because the ground is so parched, if there had been a lot of runoff, as there might be later on in the season, then the ground would be quite saturated and so there would be more run off with a greater concern of flooding," said Bijan Karimi with the Marin Office of Emergency SVCS.

The Office of Emergency Services staff will be on stand-by during the storm.
