The Business Times said Metreon is in talks with Target to lease the entire second floor. If target signs on, it would mark a big departure from Metreon's original concept as food and culture center.
Metreon's owner, Westfield, did not comment on the deal, but did say we can expect to see changes in 2010. Among them are upgrades to the existing theaters and lobby and an atrium on the fourth floor.
