Baby Jesus stolen, found in street

SANTA CLARA, CA

The baby Jesus had been stolen four times from the nativity scene in front of the home on Taper Avenue. Three times last year and once this year.

The family decided to place a sign there, instead of replacing the doll again.

"To have somebody come out and take something that's a symbol that means something, it disheartens you," said

Now that someone has found the doll, Don Best will put it back in the manger, but he'll remove it once the lights go out at 11 p.m.

By the way, the house is one of five award winning displays in the city of Santa Clara.
