Oakland police make another drug sweep

That comes on top of 81 arrests made on Monday.

Police admit these were mostly small time dealers, who operate in some of the city's worst neighborhoods and many of them will not be locked up for very long.

Some suspects will be offered a chance to join a rehab program, to avoid jail time.
