A Virginia doctor and the landlord of his office building are fighting over who owns a meteorite that landed in the doctor's office last month.
The doctor says the tennis ball-sized rock crashed through his ceiling. However, the building's landlord sent the doctor a letter, saying the rock becomes part of where it lands and is legally his property.
The Smithsonian museum in Washington DC is keeping the rock until a legal owner is determined.
The collectors' market for meteorites can be lucrative.
