Two men have now been charged in a scheme that police say allowed them to swipe people's bank account information, at the gas pump.

David Karapetyan and Zhirayr Zamanyan have each been charged with identity theft and conspiracy.

Investigators believe the pair installed skimming devices at gas pumps throughout the Bay Area, which would electronically capture people's debit card and pin information.

Police finally caught up with them in Martinez, after a clerk doing routine maintenance discovered what was going on.

They are now looking for at least three other suspects, involved in the scam.
