The Vallejo Police Department received 911 calls about a shooting on Mark Avenue at Leonard Street at about 6:40 p.m. on Feb. 14 in North Vallejo.
Responding officers located Michael Davis Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he died.
Vallejo police still haven't identified a shooter and are asking for the public's help.
