The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. in the 1500 block of Fifth Street, at Chesley Avenue, sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee said.
Three people were injured by the gunfire and all are expected to survive, he said.
A description of the suspect vehicle was not immediately available.
