Now, a new study out of France shows when it just does not pay off.
MRI brain imaging found when people performed two tasks simultaneously, the brain was divided, using one side for each activity, and doing both fine.
But anything over the two tasks just proved to be inefficient.
The findings are in the journal 'Science.'
