The crash happened just after 8 a.m. on state Highway 128 just west of Bennett Lane, CHP Officer Scott Cakebread said.
The motorcyclist suffered two broken legs and head injuries, and was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, according to Cakebread.
No one else was injured. Both lanes of Highway 128 were closed for about half an hour while emergency personnel responded.
