Police say shots were fired from high-powered rifles at about 11:30 near the intersection of Sonoma Boulevard and Nebraska Street.
At least one victim appears to have stumbled into a nearby liquor store, three others were found on the street.
Police also found several shell casings in a residential area about a block away, on Arkansas Street.
So far police have no suspect descriptions and have not made any arrests. They are asking anyone with information to give them a call.
