The Oakland Raiders are looking forward to the 2010 season with a lot of optimism.

Their organized team practices have been spirited affairs, after purging their roster of malcontents.

They're also finding time to give back with their annual youth camps.

It's a chance for young kids to rub shoulders with their heroes, participate in drills, and learn what it takes to make it to the top.

It's big fun for everyone, including rookie linebacker Rolando McClain.

"I know we have some key pieces added and with the addition of me and Jason, and all the other guys, I know we feel like we're going to change this program around and have a lot of success. That's what we expect and what we're going to bring back to the Raider Nation," said McClain.
