Restaurant workers arrested for serving alcohol to minors

San Jose police announced the arrests Thursday of three people accused of serving alcohol to minors at a South Bay restaurant.

After a two-month investigation, police charged the owner of the Nha Em Restuarant, its manager, and a waitress. Owner Tina Nguyen, manager Han Nguyen and waitress Christina Lee, all face various charges including sales of alcohol to a minor and drug possession.

Police have issued warrants for two other people in the case as well.
