Man arrrested for SC city attorney office fire

SANTA CRUZ, CA

Investigators say Miguel Balderos has admitted to the crime and told police he did it in protest of the city's ordinance that bans camping in public.

Friday's fire caused $50,000 in damage to the building's main entrance.

Surveillance video of the suspect wheeling a recycling bin used to start the fire helped police track Balderos down.
