The store says anyone who tries on a pair of American Eagle jeans from July 21 to August 3 receives a free smart phone.
There is a catch; shoppers must sign up for a new two year service plan and the offer is only available while supply lasts.
Phones are available from AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile, but no iPhones are available.
