Police said Lynch, who had addresses in Concord and Richmond, was pronounced at the scene and had suffered head trauma.
Her body was found at about 6 a.m. in Baldwin Park, located in the 2700 block of Parkside Circle, when someone walking in the park noticed it lying near a paved path, police Lt. Jim Lardieri said.
No arrests have been made in the case, he said.
