/*Ike's Place*/ closed its location at 3506 16th street at midnight. The restaurant went from serving 30 people a day to 600 thanks to appearances on the Travel Channel and in some magazines.
That's when neighbors began to complain about the long lines, noise and trash. Those complaints resulted in Ike's being evicted from its San Francisco store.
A Redwood Shores location will remain open and a new shop just opened on the Stanford campus.
