Robert Mihm, 49, is a convicted sex offender and is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation as a parolee at large, according to police.
Mihm, who is believed to be in Vallejo and is classified as a high-risk sex offender, is allegedly out of compliance with his sex offender registration requirements, police said.
Mihm is described as a white man standing 6 feet tall, weighing 155 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair.
