Wal-Mart is the first major retailer with an early Black Friday sale.
It's slashing prices on certain flat panel TVs for two days this weekend or until they run out. They also have laptops being sold for under $300.
Analysts are predicting you'll see a lot more heavy discounts on televisions and electronics as the holidays approach.
