Foster City leaders are considering a list of cuts to close an ongoing $3.4 million budget deficit.

The cuts could include some police jobs and the annual Fourth of July fireworks display which attracted large crowds this summer.

The city is also looking at raising planning and inspection fees. The city council will hold a public hearing on the proposed cuts on November 29.
