The San Jose Mercury News first reported that Burrell and the Giants have agreed on what's been described as a discounted one-year deal.
Burrell was a huge boost to the Giant offense, with 18 homers in the regular season.
He really slumped in the World Series, but Pat The Bat is apparently coming back.
