Last week, Washington Post columnist Marc Fisher had his home broken into. The thief stole several personal items including Fisher's son's laptop. But, the burglar didn't stop there. On Sunday, he posted a picture of himself on the boy's Facebook page holding the cash he took from the young man's desk. The burglar even wore a new winter coat Fisher had just received.
"I actually had to look at the photo several times before I even realized that that was the new coat because it had just arrived the day before and he stole it out of the Macy's box that it was delivered in," said Fisher.
Police have not located the burglar yet. But, investigators say they hope the Facebook posting of his picture will soon turn into his mug shot when they capture him.
