A judge raised Carlyle Villazon's bail to $210,000 during a brief hearing yesterday.
San Leandro police claim Villazon attacked the girl in the toy aisle after she had gone to look for her younger brother on Friday evening. Two Good Samaritans captured Villazon after the victim's mother and a Walmart employees spotted him near the garden department. He'll return to court next month to enter a plea.
