Think you eat healthy? 90 percent of Americans say yes, cut a new study reveals our perception may be way off.

A Consumer Reports survey shows that only a quarter of people limit fat and sugar. Two-thirds do not get enough fruits and veggies and 43 percent drink a soda or other sugary drink every day.

Perhaps not surprising, our weight perception is also off. A third who say they are at a healthy weight are actually either overweight or obese.
