Big breakfast may not help with weight loss

A new study suggests a big breakfast may not help people lose weight.

A German research team found people eat the same amount at lunch and dinner, regardless of how much they eat for breakfast.

Researchers say if someone wants to eat a big breakfast but also stay trim, they need to balance it by eating substantially less the rest of the day.

The study is in the journal Nutrition.
