The new campus on Garden Street eventually will serve students who currently attend classes in a converted warehouse.
Aspire Public Schools operates the Phoenix Academy charter school.
The school can boast that all of its graduating seniors last year were accepted into four-year colleges.
The new campus will cost $13 million. The Sequoia High School District will cover part of that amount. Private donors also helped foot the bill.
