There is more fallout from the investigation into the Contra Costa County drug task force. The District Attorney's office says it will dismiss about a dozen cases involving arrests made by Norman Wielsch, the former head of the task force.

Both Wielsch and private investigator Christopher Butler are charged with selling drugs they stole from a county evidence room and drug task force seizures.

In the meantime, the public defender says the district attorney's office should be removed from the case because of a conflict of interest.
