Number of cruise ships visiting SF bay to increase

The number of cruise ships coming into the San Francisco Bay is expected to increase.

There's going to be a jump in the number of cruise ships you'll see sailing under the Golden Gate this year.

The recession brought a sharp decline in visits to The-City-By-The Bay last year, but 60 ships are expected to bring in 160,000 passengers this season.

That's an increase of about 45,000 over last year. Still, that number is way down from the 225,000 cruise passengers who visited in 2006.
