Just like last April, the four day tour begins at the Fairmont Hotel.
It features historic sports cars built between 1927 and 1957, including classic Jaguars, Alfa Romeros and Ferraris.
The course sends drivers along a 1,000 mile course across Northern California.
The mille is a re-creation of a popular Italian race.
It ends in Sonoma on Thursday.
