Patsy Moesolo Tito was born and raised in San Francisco, California. Patsy attended local public schools in San Francisco and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1989. She then attended City College of San Francisco in the Fall of 1989 and two years later, she received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. She then pursued her education at San Diego State University in 1991.

After a long journey, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in the Spring of 1995. Her determination and the overwhelming support from her parents and her family helped her to overcome obstacles and later became the first generation in her family to graduate from college.

Patsy has been working with the Samoan Community Development Center for the past 12 years as a Case Manager, counselor, facilitator, and now is currently the Executive Director at the Samoan Community Development Center. Her passion and determination to help her community, especially her Samoan youth has earned her place in the Samoan community.

She says that you can't get rich in the non-profit world, but the rewards of helping youth and her Samoan people is worth more than she could ever have in this lifetime.
