If you think you do enough physical activity at work to keep you health. You're probably wrong.

Health researchers say only six and a half percent of U.S. adults meet the guidelines. The report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the majority of them are Hispanic men and men with less than a high school education. Earlier studies say somewhere between 45 and 65 percent of adults say they exercise enough outside of work to meet government recommendations for physical activity.
