The accident, which was reported at about 8:15 a.m. just north of South King Road, involved three vehicles including a truck carrying pesticides.
Only minor injuries were reported, but an estimated 25 gallons of pesticides spilled in the crash, and a hazardous materials crew was called to the scene, CHP Officer John Short said.
Three southbound lanes and the South King Road off-ramp were shut down until shortly after 10 a.m.
