The outage began at about 9 a.m. and affected around 4,630 customers in San Jose and Campbell, PG&E spokeswoman Jana Morris said. Power was fully restored at about 11 a.m., Morris said.
The outage appeared to have been caused by a vehicle that crashed into a utility pole, Morris said.
