Some of the largest waves of the summer are expected at Northern California beaches tomorrow -- as big waves continue to crash up and down the California coast.

The National Weather Service has a High Surf Advisory in effect in Central and Southern California -- warning surfers and swimmers about strong rip currents and breakers. It's all generated by a huge winter storm off New Zealand.

Wednesday, huge waves flooded a parking lot at Newport Beach in Orange County. Officials are warning people to be extra careful at the beach during the upcoming Labor Day weekend.
