San Francisco police have now arrested a Gaelic football player more than two months after an on-field incident that put one of his opponents into a coma.

It happened in late June, during a game on Treasure Island. Witnesses say Mark McGovern collapsed, across the field from where the ball was.

One of McGovern's teammates says he heard Patrick Power saying, "You won't get up from that," as he stood over the injured player. Power now faces battery charges.

McGovern continues to recover at a rehabilitation facility.
