Baby bottoms latest victim of bad economy

The Centers for Disease Control says disposable diaper sales slipped 9 percent last year, but there was a 2.8 percent increase in diaper rash cream.

Some experts say parents in a pinch may be skimping on diaper changes. But others say the numbers could be due to the growing popularity of cloth diapers, earlier potty training, and more aggressive marketing of diaper cream.
