Dozens of people occupied a home in an attempt to prevent a foreclosure on Friday.

About 25 people camped outside a townhouse on Adeline Street in West Oakland, at times blocking the driveway.

According to some accounts, the protest reportedly forced a bank representative and a police escort to leave the scene.

The group then hung a banner reading "Occupy Our Homes."
