Home sales in the Bay Area are creeping up as prices stay low..More than 6,300 homes were sold in the nine counties that make up the Bay Area in November according to Dataquick, which is more than 3 percent from a year ago.
Prices fell for the 14th straight time, bringing the median price for a Bay Area home to $363,000.
