Currently 40 percent of their imports move through the Port of Oakland. The threat comes one week after an occupy protesters shut down the port for 24 hours.
Last night, the Oakland City Council delayed a vote on a resolution calling for police to use all legal means to prevent any future port protests from halting business at the port.
