Police were in the area when they spotted the victim driving and then stumble out of his truck holding his neck. The victim passed out on the street, an ambulance was called to the scene, and he was rushed to the hospital. He is expected to survive his injuries.
Police blocked off the intersection to traffic during their investigation.
