Fugitive Watch, a Bay Area based non-profit aimed at helping law enforcement solve crimes is celebrating its 20th anniversary today. But there is one man that's evaded them for nearly two decades: an attempted murder suspect.

John Timothy Shinnick shot a man in the face during a robbery in the drive-thru of a Hayward Taco Bell in 1995.

Shinnick also goes by the alias: Scott Trey and John Bradshaw. He has "Tim" and "Desert Storm" tattoos.
