Disney celebrates Leap Day by keeping parks open

For the first time ever, Disneyland and Disney World are staying open around the clock for a day.

Gates opened at 6 a.m. Wednesday and won't close until 6 a.m. Thursday.

The Leap Day celebration is drawing big crowds here in California and also in Florida. Tonight visitors will be able to see what it's like to walk Main Street in the wee hours of the night.

Parents will see how long their sleep deprived toddlers will last.

Disney is the parent company of ABC7 News.
