The incident happened around 6pm Thursday in the 4900 block of Louetta near Kuykendahl.
Police said 14-year-old Roberto Lopez was trying to cross Louetta on his bicycle when he was hit by a Dodge truck and thrown from his bike.
The driver of the pickup was not injured and stayed at the scene.
Roberto was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital via LifeFlight in critical condition. He died from his injuries Saturday.
