Police say Giovanni Lopez, Juan Peter Herrera, and Raymond Wehr are in custody along with two 17-year-old teenagers. The shooting happened March 31, about 1:30 a.m. Police say the victim Lizandro Tony Bertolazzi was not involved in the fight that led to the shooting.
Police say all five suspects have gang connections.
