The first shooting happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. on 102nd Avenue in east Oakland. Police say an argument between two men in a garage ended with gunfire. The suspect is in custody.
A second deadly shooting was reported around 7:30 p.m. on 11th Street in west Oakland. A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading the gunman in that shooting.
