Remember the "Big Bay Blunder" in San Diego last week when all of the Fourth of July show's 7,000 fireworks accidently launched at the same time?

Organizers now know exactly what happened. "Garden State Fireworks knew it was some kind of computer glitch but now says specifically it was a doubling of code commands that directed all fireworks to fire and launch all at once.

What was supposed to be a 16-minute show in front of 500,000 people instead lasted about 30 seconds.
