Credit cards with zero percent interest rates return

A new study finds 80 percent of credit card offers come with an old familiar incentive -- introductory rates of zero percent interest. The survey found these so-called "tease offers" have doubled since 2009. Some banks are offering other incentives too, like year-long grace periods-- or goodies like free football tickets.

Analysts say banks are more confident because credit card debt has fallen way down the past two years.

Be warned these zero percent rates do expire. Many current offers give you one year before interest rates kick in.
