The Pelagic Shark Research Foundation spotted the sharks during an aerial patrol of the area.
One shark, 12-14 feet long, was spotted near the concrete ship at Seacliff State Beach.
The other great white was larger, about 16-feet. It was spotted stalking dolphins off of Le Selva Beach.
