A jogger spotted the man's body Saturday morning on jogging trails near the Springtown Golf Course.
Police identified him as 28-year-old Kenneth Robert Ogden. Investigators are not sure what led to the shooting.
Ogden's family and friends are holding a vigil for him tonight at 7 p.m., near where he was found dead.
